“Pastor Steven Neff has been a dedicated member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church since November 1999. In the 27+ years since he joined, his steady leadership and unwavering commitment have been a constant source of strength for our community. With over 35 years of experience in ordained ministry and nearly 40 years in ministry work, Pastor Neff brings a depth of understanding and a heart for service to our congregation.

From 1991 to 1995, he embraced the role of Youth Pastor at West Coast Baptist Church in Vista, CA, where he devotedly guided young individuals. He then served as an Assistant Pastor at Odenton Baptist Church from 1995 to 1999, further developing his pastoral abilities and community connections.

Alongside his ministry, Pastor Neff has built a loving family life. He and his wife, Jennifer Neff, have been married for 35 years and are parents to five children, now living across the United States. His early ministerial path began at Hillcrest Baptist Church in El Paso, Texas, and his academic journey in theology took place at Fairhaven Baptist College in Chesterton, Indiana.

With a sincere understanding of biblical teachings, Pastor Neff is not just a pastor but also a compassionate teacher. His range of skills extends from spiritual guidance to various aspects of ministry and church administration.
